Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept return requests within 30 days of original purchase

To initiate a return, please send us an email info@rukstr.com outlining your reason for return with your order number or email address used to make the purchase. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label by email along with shipping instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make best efforts to rectify the issues for you.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges please make a return for a refund subject to the instructions above and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received your return and you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method, less the cost of shipping where applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Please note there will be an additional restocking fee of 20% of purchase price for returns of the RUKSTR Plus backpack for non-warranty issues.
